Segregation is where in the 1900’s black people  were separated or singled out from the white race. The white people were classed superior to the blacks. The black people could not use the same amenities as the whites they had separate shops, transport and other thing we share today.

 

Good jobs were often not given to the black people,therefore there quality of life was not as good .they struggled with money.
